Abstract
⺠To evaluate the effects of curcumin on the learning, memory of SAMP8 and mechanisms ⺠Mice were divided into SAMR1, SAMP8 and curcumin administration. ⺠Curcumin administration significantly shortened the escape latencies in the SAMP8. ⺠Curcumin significantly increased p-CaMKII and p-NMDAR1 expression in the SAMP8. ⺠Curcumin may have a therapeutic agent for aging-related cognitive dysfunctions.
