Abstract
► To evaluate the effects of curcumin on the learning, memory of SAMP8 and mechanisms ► Mice were divided into SAMR1, SAMP8 and curcumin administration. ► Curcumin administration significantly shortened the escape latencies in the SAMP8. ► Curcumin significantly increased p-CaMKII and p-NMDAR1 expression in the SAMP8. ► Curcumin may have a therapeutic agent for aging-related cognitive dysfunctions.
