Abstract
⺠OEP16 has been purified and refolded in quantities for structure determination. ⺠Microdialysis provides a technique to screen conditions for proper folding of OEP16. ⺠CD, HPLC, and Trp fluorescence provide low-resolution insight into the fold of OEP16. ⺠NMR spectra of OEP16 suggest that a structure may be possible through NMR.
