Abstract
⺠Membrane protein-NS2B from Dengue-2 virus was expressed and purified from Escherichia coli. ⺠Full length NS2B was able to increase solubility of NS3pro in E. coli. ⺠CD and NMR showed purified protein adopt alpha-helical structures in LMPG and TDPC micelles. ⺠NMR experiments showed its feasibility for structural study on NS2B.
