Abstract
⺠High-level expression of recombinant human interleukin-3 was achieved in Pichia pastoris. ⺠rhil-3 was purified with Ni+-NTA affinity and DEAE anion exchange chromatography. ⺠rhil-3 was glycosylated by enzymatic treatment and mass spectroscopic analysis.
