Abstract
► Naïve CD4+ T cells also could express natriuretic peptide receptor A(NPRA). ► ANP signaling could suppress the development of Th17 cell. ► NPRA/cGMP/PKG is the major pathway for ANP's inhibitory effect on Th17 cell. ► PI3K-Akt signaling was implicated in ANP-induced suppression to Th17 development.
