Abstract
⺠Naïve CD4+ T cells also could express natriuretic peptide receptor A(NPRA). ⺠ANP signaling could suppress the development of Th17 cell. ⺠NPRA/cGMP/PKG is the major pathway for ANP's inhibitory effect on Th17 cell. ⺠PI3K-Akt signaling was implicated in ANP-induced suppression to Th17 development.
