Abstract
⺠Mortal hyperkalemia disturbance in rats are NO-system related. ⺠BPC 157-treatment reduced hyperkalemic cell depolarization to 23% of started values. ⺠BPC-157 alone cause depolarization of HEK293 cells. ⺠This effect was blocked by unspecific potassium channel inhibitor BaCl2. ⺠BPC 157 acts through modulation of NO system and potassium conductivness.
