Abstract
⺠INSL3 stimulates testosterone and cAMP secretion from mouse Leydig cells. ⺠Addition of INSL3 antagonists reduced INSL3-stimulated testosterone secretion. ⺠Adenylate cyclase inhibition reduced INSL3 effects on testosterone secretion. ⺠INSL3 stimulation of testosterone secretion is exerted via the activation of cAMP.
