Abstract
⺠Nesfatin-1 significantly reduced the cumulative food intake in the PVN and LHA. ⺠In the VMN, nesfatin-1 decreased food intake slightly. ⺠Nesfatin-1 inhibited most of glucose-inhibited neurons in the LHA. ⺠Nesfatin-1 excited most of glucose-excited neurons in the VMN. ⺠Activity of glucosensing neurons in the PVN was modulated by nesfatin-1.
