Abstract
⺠Pulmonary administered palmitic acid-exendin-4 greatly prolonged hypoglycemia. ⺠Such prolongation was due to delayed absorption and albumin-binding. ⺠We consider that this exendin-4 derivative has a potential as a type 2 anti-diabetics.
