Abstract
⺠The corticotrophin-releasing factor receptor 2β (CRFR2β) is expressed in the myocardium. ⺠The cardioprotective effects of CRF treatment were mediated by CRFR2 via PKA and PKC signaling downstream of CRFR2. ⺠This cardioprotection was independent of mitogen activated protein kinase-ERK1/2 signaling.
