Abstract
⺠Ghrelin receptor (GHR-R) activity modulates brain reinforcement function. ⺠Nicotine-induced locomotor sensitization was blocked by the GHR-R antagonist JMV 2959. ⺠Central ghrelin signaling appears to play a key role in drug reinforcement.
