Abstract
⺠Signalling pathway of goldfish MCHRs is different from that of mammalian MCHRs. ⺠Compound 15 is a potent agonist of goldfish MCHR1 as well as mammalian MCHR1. ⺠Compound 30, a mammalian MCHR1 antagonist, is an agonist of goldfish MCHR1. ⺠This study will help to solve the molecular mechanism of the MCH system in goldfish.
