Abstract
												âºIntra-periaqueductal grey injection of oxytocin increased the pain threshold. âºIntra-periaqueductal grey injection of oxytocin receptor antagonist decreased the pain threshold. âºPain stimulation could elevate oxytocin concentration in the PAG perfusion liquid. âºOxytocin in the periaqueductal grey was involved in the antinociceptive process.
