Abstract
We prove that every local operator acting between two Hölder spaces HϕHϕ and HψHψ is a Nemytskij operator and if Hϕ⊈HψHϕ⊈Hψ then it is a constant map. Moreover, we show that if KK is local and uniformly continuous then it is an affine mapping.
