Abstract
Four new limonoids, together with five known ones, were isolated from dry seeds of neem (Azadirachta indica A. Juss). Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods and quantum chemical calculation. Compounds 2 and 5 selectively inhibited growth of human cancer cells.235
