Abstract
We established a pseudo-filovirus-based sequential in vitro and in vivo filovirus entry inhibitor evaluation system that can be performed in BSL-2 facilities. The system covers all filovirus genera, including three bioluminescence imaging in vivo mouse models. The success of model establishments was confirmed by two known filovirus entry inhibitors.184
