Abstract
A sensitive and rapid HPLC-MS/MS method has been developed and validated for the quantitative determination of potential immunosensitizing agent 5,5â²-oxydimethylenebis (2-furfural) (OMBF) in traditional Chinese medicine injections (TCMIs). It was successfully applied to large-scale screening of OMBF in commercially available TCMIs and glucose injections. This method could be used for safety evaluation and quality control of TCMIs and glucose injections.200
