Abstract
FT-Raman spectroscopy offers a useful method for mapping the active pharmaceutical ingredients in film tablets. The combination of FT-Raman mapping with MCR analysis provides to observe the distribution of salicylic acid content in film tablets and quantify the lower concentrations.
