Abstract
- MPA capped CdS QDs as a selective fluorescence probe for dolasetron mesylate (DM) in aqueous solution.
- Fluorescence quenching of CdS QDs by DM is due to nonradiative recombination of electron and hole.
- Very low detection limit (LOD=1.512 µg/mL).
- The probe can be used to determine DM in urine and human serum sample.
