Abstract
33 jatrophane diterpenoids (1-33) isolated from Euphorbia helioscopia were evaluated for their lipid-lowering activity for the first time. Compound 21 showed remarkable lipid-lowering effect in vivo and could be served as a promising lead for development of new lipid-lowering agents.74
