Abstract
The present study well documented that the test compound was found to be a potent inhibitor of pandemic influenza A/H1N1 (2009) virus replication in MDCK cells. Further viral inhibitory studies were evident that the 4-methyl pyrimido (5, 4-c) quinoline-2,5(1H, 6H)-dione could be effective against influenza viral replication.
