Abstract
The results demonstrate that 1-ethyl-4-chloro-3-cyanoquinolin-2-one, 1-methyl-4-chloro-3-cyanoquinolin-2-one, and 3-amino-4,5-dihydro-5-ethyl-4-oxothieno[3, 2-c]quinolin-2-carboxylicacid revealed good fitness score with DNA Gyrase and exhibited promising antibacterial activity against S. aureus.
