This article presents a case report of a seventeen-year-old patient with celiac disease, autoimmune hepatitis and lupus erythrematosus. Varied symptoms of these diseases caused diagnostic difficulties. Hipertransaminasemia deserves special attention. At the beginning it was connected with celiac disease, but exact examination revealed another disorder: autoimmune hepatitis. Present example proved that in each case, when abnormal liver function tests do not normalize after the introduction of gluten free diet, another liver pathology should be considered, especially for autoimmune hepatitis, primary sclerosing cholangitis and primary biliary cirrhosis. The third autoimmune disorder in our patient was lupus erythrematosus. Among main symptoms were fever, erythema nodosum and arthritis.
