1. Fever, impaired nutritional status and extraintestinal manifestations are the most typical featurs for CD. 2. The presence of occult blood in stool is specific for subjects with UC. 3. C-reactive protein and erythrocyte sedimentation rate are the useful acute phase indices of IBD.
