Abstract
Adults with Fontan palliation had more frequent hospitalization and in-hospital mortality compared to the rest of the CHD population. Arrhythmia and heart failure were the most common indications for hospitalization. Perhaps optimal management of heart failure and arrhythmia may improve outcomes in this population.
