Abstract
												The human cIMT signature was partially mimicked by Ldlrâ/â and ApoEâ/â mice. These animal models might help better understand the biochemical and molecular mechanisms involved in the vessel metabolic perturbations associated with, and contributing to metabolic disorders in CVD.
