Abstract
												Patients with chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension who received pulmonary endarterectomy surgery have an excellent survival rate, and significantly superior to that of patients treated medically. In the present series, pulmonary endarterectomy surgery was the most important predictive survival factor.
