Abstract
In our experience, complete repair in tetralogy of Fallot before or after 90 days (newborn included) has no differences regarding hospital mortality. However, there are differences in morbidity rates when surgery is performed before the third month of life. There are no differences in mortality or need for re-intervention during follow-up. We will pospone elective complete repair until > 90 days, keeping early complete repair for symptomatic patients.
