Abstract
Close follow-up of DM2 patients with eGFRâ¯<â¯60â¯ml/min/m2 has resulted in a minor annual eGFR decrease. Monitoring of these patients in a specialized diabetic nephropathy clinic is beneficial for this group of patients for delaying the occurrence of end-stage renal disease.
