Abstract
Glomerular injury presenting as proteinuria and nephrotic syndrome is a documented complication of cyanotic congenital heart disease in adults (1-4) but uncommonly seen in children. It is known to be directly related to the duration of cyanotic heart disease and polycythemia (1). We report a case of 13â¯year old Indian child with Tricuspid atresia with pulmonary stenosis with bidirectional Glenn shunt presenting with renal dysfunction.
