Abstract
As part of an integrative medicine, homeopathy is fully relevant in the treatment of Post Traumatic Syndrome States. This clinical case resolved with three doses of Aconitum Napellus illustrates the depth and speed of action of a well-chosen remedy. Aconit, just as Opium and Arnica, should be included in the protocols of the CUMP (Emergency Medicine-Psychological Cell) intervening with the EMS (Emergency Medical Service) during terrorist attacks, serious accidents, or climatic disasters.
