Abstract
Neuro Sensory Deficit (NSD) was the most common immediate post surgical complication following BSSRO. Almost all the cases had neuropraxia of inferior alveolar nerve (IAN) secondary to stretch or compression. Additional care should be taken during incision placement, soft tissue retraction and fixation.
