Abstract
Ascaris lumbricoides infection is the most common parasitic infection worldwide. Most of them are asymptomatic, however, they could manifest erratic infections in different anatomic locations, biliary tract for example. This was a case of A.lumbricoides infection in a 23th week pregnant woman, that was resolved performing an endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography and medical treatment.
