Abstract
- Transcriptome changes of T. mentagrophytes-induced rabbit dermatophytosis lesional and normal skin were compared.
- 292 differentially expressed genes response to T. mentagrophytes were identified.
- Several GO terms and signaling pathways related to dermatophytosis pathogenesis were observed.
- Many key dermatophytosis-related genes were identified.
- The results provided insights into the antifungal breeding of rabbit.
