Abstract
- Uterine neuroectodermal tumors (NETs) are uncommon malignant neoplasm with poor prognosis.
- Ganglion-like cells with fibrillary background as major component of uterine NETs are extremely rare.
- We present a patient affected by uterine NET with frequent ganglion-like cells, resembling ganglioneuroblastoma.
- This case report is important to define the pathogenesis and establish better treatments for neuroectodermal tumors.
