Abstract
In active patients, acute ruptures of the distal biceps tendon are best treated by primary repair due to a loss of strength with conservative management. Various techniques have been reported with good clinical outcomes. The single-incision suture anchor repair technique demonstrates clinical results comparable with other fixation methods and low complication rates. The surgical technique is described in detail in this chapter.
