Integrating retention soil filters into urban hydrologic models - Relevant processes and important parameters

XCOD, SS and ammonium loads as well as ammonium concentration peaks are discharged primarily via RSF overflow not passing through the filter bed. Uncertainties of the integrated simulation of the sewer system and RSF model mainly originate from the model parameters of the hydrologic sewer system model.
