Abstract
A circular trans-omic network with distinct time scales. Recent advances in the knowledge of metabolism have shown that the metabolic system is not only a downstream workhorse but also a signal generator in trans-omic networks. We coordinated trans-omic networks in a circular manner to equally present multiple signal-generating layers that orchestrate other omic layers working in their own time scales.
