Abstract
From Genotype to molecular and macroscopic phenotypes, and vice versa. Integrating GWAS studies with quantitative measurements of metabolite abundance across genetic diversity can facilitate the mapping between genotypic, phenotypic and metabolic spaces. The systematic exploration of the relationships between these domains can pave the way to quantitative models capable of predicting macroscopic phenotypes from genotype and vice versa.143
