Abstract
Coronary artery dilatation to 1.5 times of their normal size called coronary artery aneurysm, produces various symptoms and complications. However, there is no uniform consensus for the management of significantly large coronary artery aneurysms (CAA). There are multiple case reports and observational studies, which provide some management guidance. We present here two case reports of CAA where the patient had multiple CAAs involving all three major epicardial vessels and a rare case of left main CAA. The management strategy for such cases is also reviewed.
