Abstract
A covalent crosslinking structure was formed between polydopamine-functionalized rGO and quaternized polyether sulfone via mussel-inspired chemistry to prepare a series of novel crosslinked composite AEMs. As we expected, the crosslinked membranes exhibited excellent dimensional stability, comparable alkaline stability and improved methanol permeability. It is surprising that the ionic conductivity of the composite membranes has been increased to a certain extent after crosslinking.176
