Evaluation of Tp-e interval, Tp-e/QT and Tp-e/QTc ratio in aortic valve stenosis before and after transcatheter aortic valve implantation

- Repolarization abnormalities detecting by surface ECG cause ventricular arrhythmia.
- Aortic stenosis has higher incidence of arrhythmia due to abnormal repolarization.
- TAVI improves LV repolarization reflected by Tp-e interval and Tp-e/QTc ratio.
- Reduced incidence of arrhythmias was demonstrated after TAVI.
