Abstract
It is demonstrated the technique of ultrasound examination of defects and injuries of the soft tissue of the shoulder. After demonstrating the examination technique and showing the normal findings of sonoanatomy, will shown many examples of shoulder lesions and the typical findings in pictures. The shoulder injuries are divided in three parts:The bicepstendon, the Rotatorcuff, and the labrum with its capsule. So also a beginner of the technique can understand and learn the examination technique of ultrasound in sports medicine.
