Abstract
Temperature increases during the acute phase of stroke is associated with poor neurological evolution and a noteworthy increase in morbidity and mortality. Some studies have demonstrated that hyperglucemia during the acute phase of stroke is associated with a poorer prognosis, but the results of various studies have not been conclusive.
