Abstract
There are no differrences in results between pediatric liver transplantation and liver transplantation in adults. The reverts of the liver disease prior to transplantation (particularly the need of intensive care is the best predictor of perspective mortality. Therefore, liver transplantation in children should be indicated prior a severe descompensation of the disease.
