Abstract
This outbreak of primary dengue infection was characterized by unusually prominent gastrointestinal symptoms and a high proportion of symptomatic transmission. Manifestations of dengue may be altered when outbreaks involve immunologically naïve adults who have migrated to dengue endemic areas.
