Abstract
⺠Chinese-Canadian students completed measures of acculturation and social adjustment. ⺠Both mainstream and heritage dimensions of acculturation are related to adjustment. ⺠Greater identification with a given group is linked to more intrusiveness problems. ⺠Greater identification with a given group is linked to fewer withdrawal problems. ⺠Interpersonal adjustment measures should take specific group identities into account.
