Abstract
⺠Acculturating youth vary in the ways in which they engage their heritage cultures and the larger society. ⺠Different ways of assessing these acculturation strategies lead to different classifications of individuals. ⺠Despite these variations, youth who engage both cultures adapt better that those who engage one, the other, or neither culture.
