Abstract
The influence of tabletting pressure on the texture, diffusional properties and catalytic activity of Fe2O3-Cr2O3 catalysts has been studied. The best range of the tabletting pressures is of 2Â ÃÂ 108-4Â ÃÂ 108Â Pa. For pressures within this range, the mechanical strength and catalytic activity of the catalyst are high and there is no evidence of stress crack formation.
