Abstract
In this paper, we introduced the notions of intuitionistic interior and intuitionistic closure of fuzzy set and we derive some of their properties. Secondly the concepts of subspaces, intuitionistic compactness, intuitionistic almost compactness and intuitionistic near compactness are introduced and studied in the general framework of intuitionistic fuzzy topological spaces.
